We are prepared to forward uncollectible files for litigation to our approved network of attorneys upon our clients’ approval. Prior to making any type of recommendation, to determine if litigation is warranted we conduct a full asset search investigation.

If our company receives notification of a bankruptcy procedure, we immediately notify our client and promptly document the file. In order to verify a bankruptcy, we require official documentation from the court and/or a letter from the debtor’s attorney.
